HOW TO MEASURE
Wrap a soft tape around your head, just above your eyebrows and ears, at the widest point. Read the number and find it in the chart. No soft tape? Use a piece of string, mark where it meets, then hold the string against a ruler.
ON THE LINE BETWEEN TWO SIZES?
Take the larger size. Most riders wear a thin skull cap or a balaclava under the helmet, and that takes up space. The Ripcord 360 dial then takes up whatever is left, so the bigger size gives you room to layer and still lock in a snug fit.
HOW TO KNOW IT FITS
Put the helmet on level and low on your forehead. Dial the Ripcord 360 in until it feels snug with no pressure points. Then shake your head side to side and nod. A helmet that fits moves your skin. One that is too big slides.
PAIRING GOGGLES WITH YOUR HELMET
Your goggle should sit flush against the helmet brow with no forehead showing between them. A gap means the fit is off, or the two were not built to work together. Pret helmets and Pret goggles are built as a system.
